The Management team will interview. There may be two people in the room during the interview. You will stay in the interview room until two peers come in to interview you. The peers are there to see if you will be a good fit for the group and you will be able to ask peer interviewers about the position so you can see what a typical day will consistent of and you can ask them questions about what they like/love about the job and/or coworkers. There is a brief tour of work environment.
