Their hiring process is speedy and straightforward. First interview is with management and the second is with an advisor going over an assignment they provide you with in advance. The interview consisted of behavioral questions and a review of your resume.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
