Insulting, they only wanted my contacts/network. The woman interviewing me only asked what my family did for work. They wanted me to fill out a list of over 100 people that I knew personally.

The process was smooth and straight forward. A lot of behavioral based questions, but relaxed and low stress. First phase is a phone screening followed by a teams or in person meeting.
