I interviewed one on one with a recruiter I met at a career fair. The interview was simple and seemed a little too casual. I was asked soft skills questions and they wanted to get to know me, but it also seemed like they wanted to know if I would have enough people to make sales to.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
