It was a long process to arrive at a zoom interview. I applied early October. I took a online management ready assessment that took two hours to complete. I was then asked to answer a few questions from the talent acquisition recruiter., and then I wanted for nearly 3 months to get a 30 minute zoom interview which was a very good and practical conversation regarding previous work experience and management style. However I wasn’t selected.
