Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) en mar 2012
Entrevista
I applied to several positions, interviewing for a couple of them. Those positions did not pick me, however they were impressed with how I handled myself so they referred me behind the scenes to other managers in the department, who hired me based on their recommendation.
I had SEVERAL interviews before this one that I crashed and burned by trying to be something I wasn't. For the latter interview I just relaxed, did a little schmoozing, plenty of icebreakers in the beginning and it was smooth sailing from there.
There was a short video call with a hiring manager. They were very friendly, mostly walked through your resume, asked you some behavioral based questions, and asked about you (hobbies, school, etc).
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
