Very simple, got a phone call, talked for about 20 minutes and got an offer. Although my resume and skills were strong for the position, I thought my qualifications should have been questioned and tested more over the phone. After noting I was interested in the position, I was already sent welcoming emails from several employees congratulating me as well as paperwork to sign. Keep in mind, I had not accepted anything, simply said I was interested. Although I applied for North American Processing solutions, I was receiving emails and paperwork from a different firm (apparently their sister company). Even though I'm sure the commission structure was stated in the contract, this was not discussed unless I had a "question" which I believe is not the way to go about it. On the positive note, the hiring recruiters were nice and pleasant to talk to, but it looks like they are looking more to hire a ton of reps, give a very quick training online, and if you fail, you fail. It doesn't cost them anything. Smart for the company, but not sure if that's what you want as an applicant.
