After applying online, I received an email asking me to do a video interview, after which I received a phone call to schedule an in-person interview at the store. I was interviewed by a department manager and the overall store manager, which took about an hour total. Both were very friendly and asked questions off of a standard sheet.

I applied online. The interview was split into two parts. An at home video recorded interview done by corporate and then a few days between to find out I moved along and will be interviewed in store.
Overall they were fairly common and easy questions. Mainly behavioral with how you would act in difficult situations or sharing an actual experience you with a difficult customer or something else along those lines.
I know some people get a phone interview instead of the video recording first, I'm not sure what the difference is in getting those.

They started with an e-mail that they wanted a phone interview after the phone interview they called me in for a interview with the store manger, and I had multiple phone calls that they wanted to move my job interview up because they needed to hire.

applied online and got an email for a phone interview after 5 days. The interview was quick and informative but was pleasant. I was then asked for an in person interview. The place was busy but with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that would make u feel at home. The hiring process was quick and direct. Basically they needed to know the availability
