I applied online through Indeed.com and got a call the next morning around 10 AM. It was a surprise phone interview, and this being my first job, I did my best. She asked questions about customer service and times that I have showed an outstanding work of customer service. (I noted volunteer experiences). After it was over, the next day I got a call to book a face to face interview the next day at 11 AM. I showed up and the women who was interviewing me (my boss) was working and I introduced myself and grabbed her ice coffee and came right over. It was a complete replica of the questions not only stated online in the application, but also the phone interview. It went smoothly and the interview took about 8 mins or so. After it was over, she told me there was other candidates and she would get back to me in a couple days, promising me should we call to tell me if i either got the job, or didn't. I got a call 2 days later that I got the job!

easy and quick interview, was asked on the spot to join the team. however they were hiring urgently so take this into consideration. was asked " tell me about yourself" .just be yourself and show that you have a personality.

The phone call started later than scheduled, and the interview process felt rushed as a result. It seemed like there wasn’t enough time to fully dive into everything. However, despite the timing issues, they were genuinely a very nice person and made the conversation easy and comfortable. They were friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, which helped ease any initial nerves I had going into the call. With a little more time, I feel the experience would have been even better.
