First I got an email stating I was selected to go onto interviewing and I was to pick a time to o a phone interview. They called exactly at the time I selected and after the interview was completed they put me on hold, came back after a few minutes and told me I was selected to go onto the formal interview, which in my case was a group interview because it was a new store opening. After the group interview, in which I was interviewed by two different managers, I got a call about a week later giving me an offer. They asked a lot of questions about customer service, like "give an example where you went above an beyond for a customer in your current position."

I didn't think there were many difficult questions. I remember there being different scenarios about customer service and how I would handle that kind of situation in the store for the customer. It was very much based on customer service and serving every customer every time.

Really long for a retail interview- about an hour and a half. In-depth questions about work experience and my personality and morals. Interviewer was really laid back tho and really chill

Basic questions but then you had to do a styling scenario where you pick out a few outfits for the interviewer. They tell you on the spot if you got the job unless you didn’t do a good job they’ll probably say they’ll call you

Takes a long time to get hired. Had to go through four interviews to get the job. The questions were thought but they really want to weed out the good sales people from the so-so.
