3 remote interviews scheduled remotely by Scandinavian team for UK remote role with sporadic contact. First interview went well but the principal missed the second scheduled interview, phone number for in house talent acquisition didn’t work and then ghosted for weeks. I withdrew from the process with acknowledgment only to then receive an unnecessary rejection email 3 weeks later which wasn’t required! Not well organised, candidate left in the unknown & clear red flag that there was little communication within the teams.
