Received a call from recruiter. Followed by 2 rounds of technical interview and a cultural fit interview.
As far as the Tech guys go they are awesome and the discussion was really intense and interesting.
When it came to the next round, as pointed in other reviews was very weird. Asking absurd questions.What actually was a turn off when the interviewer said he would like to use data for making a decision to fire people it gave a sense that the company doesn't care about its employees. Didnt get a sense of belonging or comfort.

Interviewed by one of the founders, but while speaking to him saw him yawning and checking his phone. Quick interview held outdoors at the company warehouse. Whole application process felt disorganized.
