Phone screening and then 4 level of technical plus behavioral interviews. The interview was very thorough. The interviewers were to the point and expected direct answers for technical questions. They gave ample time to answer and interview went beyond the scheduled time. The company has invested heavily in Java technologies and latest cutting edge technologies.
