I was very fortunate to have a great conversation with the representatives of the Adroll team.
The overall experience was great and I could not ask for better. I reached out to one of the team members to refer me and got a call within a week to schedule a first conversation where recruiter learned about my past career choices and why I was interested in the role. The recruiter was very professional and deeply interested in creating a positive experience.
After, I got a mock sales call where I needed to pitch Adroll services to a CEO . I advise you to strongly research the Adroll products and USP to be able to differentiate the company from others on the market. The sales person I was talking to was incredibly nice and interested, as I really got involved in the process, and asked for feedback, I was told everything was perfect. I really enjoyed the conversation, and there was no pressure on answering every single question.
As I proceeded to the final stage, I got a chance to talk to 4 different people who were all responsible for different areas. Questions were average and every member made me feel comfortable. I really felt like I could be great friends with everyone. I advise you to research the backgrounds of each interviewee and make sure you know a lot about the Adtech industry, products and the competition. Make sure you have experiences that will match the culture fit that Adroll was able to establish. Also, have real life stories that you can tell about using the STAR method. Before final interview, you also have a chance to chat with the recruiter if you need additional prep advice.
Overall, I think Adroll created the great interview structure where you can really see if somebody will be able to take the role or not. Make sure you watch some YouTube videos on what Adroll believes in and how they position themselves on the market.
