* Completed 2 interview rounds with the company * After each round, HR called and said feedback was positive and they would proceed with the next step * It has been more than 1 month but there has been no update from the company * Multiple follow-ups via calls and emails but no response from HR * Very unprofessional communication and lack of transparency in the hiring process * Poor candidate experience and follow-up process * Would not recommend this company based on my experience
