Chaotic, unorganized, lacked detail and structure. In hindsight, I should have taken the red flags in the interview more seriously and declined the offer. The silver lining is that I did meet some good people as individual consultants. I have completely disassociated myself with most of the employees there, especially all in mgmt and executive mgmt as they are not inspiring, truthful, or good character people.
