Our colleagues speak very positively about the breadth and depth of our marketing team and our brand presence has grown positively over recent years. It’s unfortunate that you did not hear about that from our team. We like to be transparent in interviews so that potential candidates can identify opportunities for improvement and consider if they want to add value in those areas as continuous improvement is so important to us. Setting realistic candidate expectations in interviews is important to us at Netcall as we believe in being authentic.
