      HORRIBLE , MEAN recruiter team!! Head of the talent reached out for Director of Customer Success Role and I told him that I would be under qualified for that position and mentioned that I am looking into more manager level. I thanked him for their consideration anyways. After couple of back and forth messages, his response to me was so unprofessional, unexceptionable and SHOCKING as he suddenly thought that I would never be a good for even a mid level CSM role that my leadership skills were a bit "skewed" and he wishes me luck but he can't see lead roles within my skill levels, "unless i worked my way up within a company" ???? First of off this person "REACHED OUT TO ME FIRST" and I never asked him for manager position there. Second, I DID NOT ask his opinion on what I am capable of doing in my career. Third, this person and I didn't even have a phone conversation. He was able to tell me how I am NOT good for anything I think I am capable of by looking at my Linkedin profile. If you think you can degrade people like that, you are WRONG and you shouldn't be working with the people. i have to mention that another one of my friends also received a nasty email from a recruiter at Netbrain when she denied the job offer.
