For the Management Trainee (Malaysia), the first step was online assessments (as well as personality tests), followed by a video interview. If you were shortlisted, you will proceed to the next round which is assessment centre where you are required to work with other candidates to solve a case study.
If you were successful, the next step will be the face to face interview.

Online games (pulsifi), video interviews in Thai (4) and English (2), then HR round. HR round was entirely in Thai, open ended questions about your experience and understanding of Nestle. No technicals. Did not make it to assessment center
