The process consists of an assessment day which and a subsequent interview with the team you're supposed to be part of. The interview lasts for more or less 1 hour when the line manager reviews your cv and ask you to estimate sales volume of a certain market rather than the composition of a market

The selection process was made of two steps. The first interview was with the HR and was more motivational (previous studies and working experience); second interview with the line manager - motivational + reasoning. Average difficulty. Offer accepted.

I applied online and after 2 weeks got a phone call just to schedule the interview. In the next week I had an in-person interview direct with the manager. All nice and smoothly.
