After submitting application. Invited to complete online SHL test (psychometric tests etc.). After passing this round, invited to a group interview where we were put into groups with fellow candidates and given a case study which we had 15 minutes to browse through. We were then required to come up with solutions and the way forward with regard to the case study (we were being observed, i.e. our interactions with the other team members). They weren't really interested in the solutions as much as they were in our communication, leadership and interaction skills. After this round was invited to the final round where I was given a case study a few days before the interview and had to do a presentation on how to go about working through a project (whether it was feasible or not, and how to optimize results).
