Applied in June got called directly for a face to face in July..terrible Then went for the face to face and interview coordinator miserably failed to coordinate the interview. I was 20mins earlier and the hiring manager was not reachable by anyone from the front desk. Then the front desk tried the interview coordinator and she was not reachable. Interview started 10mins late. In the interview usual background questions and insights of past roles and finally was asked how soon could I start. In normal world that would mean you did well so I said immediately. The hiring Mgr. Says good! You were the first interview I did and I still have more candidates to review. I said ok but was super surprised that he took over a month from when I applied to when he called me for a face to face..that too JUST GETTING STARTED!! Wow and he is a C-level guy who just started the role from another position..I was shocked. Anyways I left with a positive attitude and hoped to hear back either way soon now that he started..BUT! Several weeks go by and I never heard back. I kept emailing weekly follow ups and never heard back. Finally last week I got a random disconnected and unsure email from the interview coordinator that the hiring manager May have already hired but she said she will find out.. several days home and no response. THIS WAS A SENIOR LEVEL ROLE NOT SOME INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AND I GOT THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT. I strongly discourage all amazing talented people to work here..
