First round will be telephonic. Then F2F discussion with team lead. Once it went well, there will be coding test for a simple application. They are mainly concentrated on how you implement the business, how much object oriented your design is, have you implemented interface or delegate which adds more value. You can use internet if required. Once you are done with coding, it will be reviewed by a person and at the same time you will be asked few technical questions. You will be done for the day. Next day you will get to know that you are selected or not and they will roll an offer to you.
