Most pathetic interview process that I have been through till date, highly unprofessional and messed up. They ask for IQ test and then two case studies followed by another round which doesn't have to anything with the case studies, you will not even get to know who reviewed your solution and you will not get to discuss it in the next rounds, so all of this is just a formality. Now, coming to the next round, the interviewer asked me to turn on the camera as it was a video conference round and he himself didn't came on video, without any formal introduction and even telling his name, he started asking questions, I mean how do you consider yourself a professional when you don't even have basic sense of how a conversation has to be started or carried out, I asked his name after 20 minutes into the conversation because that is when he gave me chance to ask something. Moreover, questions were mostly theoretical and are not necessarily based on the work that you do e.g. my interviewer asked me questions related to scrum master role which I had to remind him that I am a PO and not a SM.
