Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en NTT DATA
Entrevista
The interview was a two step process. One CBI and another technical. Interviewers were really great and easy to work with. Getting clear answers about available roles and when they would actually be hiring on new developers was difficult. I passed both interviews, but did not receive an offer, but continued to hear from the company over the next year when new projects seemed to come up. Additional phone and video meetings each time, but never any traction into an offer despite positive talk from recruiters.
The interview was a genuinely positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere right from the start, which helped ease any nervousness. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, giving me a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience. I also appreciated the clear communication about the process and next steps, which made the overall experience feel transparent and professional
