It took for ever as they typically prefer Friday's for screening due to client work. There were 2 rounds and then a third round as exception as I was considered for a senior role. The following Monday after the 3rd round with the head of practice, my agency calls up indicating they are looking to make an offer at a fairly senior level. However the subsequent day I get an update that there has been miscommunication between the head of the group who conducted the final interview and HR and that the head of practice did not fully align with the feedback from previous rounds and hence did not see me suitable for the senior role. I think the communication between the HR and the business was not well managed although they are entirely in their right to cite what ever reason they deem fit for not going ahead with the offer last minute and making a U turn. Over all not a great experience interviewing with NTT Data though people I met were very professional and good to interact with.
