Many phone interviews, final interview on site. Interview process overall was not difficult but did take some time to go through the entire process. Part of that was due to some timing issues they were having and at the time I was in no rush to go through the process.

Reviewed skills in detail. No really odd questions that can trip you up.
From the start, email communication felt disorganized with last minute changes with poor communication. The hiring manager for this role seemed difficult to work with and provides contradicting information. This is also the only interview I had that makes you turn on video camera even at the screening round.
