You fill out the application online. They call you back either from a recruiter or from their store to do a phone screening. if they like your answers they set you up with an in-person group interview. if that goes well, they send you a background check and you are hired.

Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
