They called me shortly after applying and brought me in for a brief group interview with 3 other people. Asked us a few questions each and summarized us. They then proceeded to walk us through some general guidelines.

The interview process was smooth and surprisingly easygoing. The process emphasizes a passion for fitness and the ability to handle a busy environment, with a generally welcoming atmosphere despite potential delays in the final offer.

Great interview process, straight forward. I went through three rounds. Everyone was very nice. They had good communication throughout. I did not end up accepting the offer. I would apply to this company again in the future.
