I was invited to a group interview soon after the closing date, we had to go around the room and say something about ourselves, and we were then split into groups where we had to perform a 'play' advertising a specific line for example Golf, Michael Jordan. We also played an icebreaker game where you had to be a certain character when a word was said which was fun. It was a very friendly interview.
Why am i a good fit for the company, sneaker and sales knowledge, expected salary, introduction of myself and what are my interests in general, if a customer is upset what do you do
Te hacen una entrevista grupal donde te explican la historia de Nike, el puesto ofertado, etc. Después se presenta cada candidato, te dan un papel con una situación que debes resolver y por último tienes que hacer un roleplay.

It was an easy and smooth process that involved sending through my cv and eventually led to an interview. The interview was pretty basic with simple questions. It was a very quick and efficient process.
