1 interview then a test. Then another interview then a logic and reasoning test. After all this, the HR told me that I had made it thru. They also agreed to the quoted CTC, but with a considerable vatiable. When I tried to negotiate the variable they didn't entertain. HR kept telling different reasons every time I followed up. Did not give a chance of doing reasonable salary negotiation at all. Why waste someone's time on lengthy tests when they didn't want to hire??
