With my 8 years of work exp, I was not expecting the written paper. They took 3 rounds of written paper . It includes - Quantitative Analysis, Personality Test and technical written paper. There was no distinction in the recruitment process for a candidate with 2 yrs of exp or a candidate of 8 yrs exp.
