It was on online interview with two interviewers, asking you a series of questions related to yourself and the job title. The whole process took less than an hour and you got the opportunity to ask questions towards the end.
Submitted NHS application on their website. Emailed for an interview. Interview involved sets of clinical questions and those involving the profession. Scenario based questions were asked, questions on relevant policies.

Would rate highly negative but unable to. Have stopped looking for jobs in the NHS based on this experience. Long application form, with questions. Only plus side is that it saves for future applications. Interview was not as stated or expected, questions not relevant or overly specific to the role. Entry level position but expected a vast amount of technical knowledge for this role.

Why this hospital? Why this role? What can you bring? Why you? "Role play scenarios" without much role play, interviewers very dead pan and had conflicting statements. Technical questions supposed to be based on real life but in fact did not mirror what happens in practice.
