Hiring manager let me know I would receive a request from the recruiter for a phone screen. During the phone screen, the recruiter just talked over me the whole time. When I asked basic questions about the role, he did not have any answers. I followed up 2x over the course of the month following - no response. Finally got a (personal) no thank you email about 2.5 months after the initial call.
