1 round of technical interview and other round of manager gossiping. Overall interview process was good. But it was bad on salary and negotiation part. First promised very positively on a decent package. Then eventually started negotiation which lasted for 3 weeks and finally denied to offer even 25% hike. Offered 16% hike. Declined obviously.

The interview process had two F2F technical rounds and one telephonic technical round with medium complexity interview questions. Questions were on threading, IPC and some UNIX basics. Theyw ere basically looking for someone who knew C++ with hands on experience
