Recruiter contacted me to see if I was interested in managing and administering a COMSEC database for the Navy and Marine Corps. After I passed the initial phone screen to qualify, I was passed on to the Manager, who seemed to not have much of a clue as to the details of the specific position, only the requirements. Management team tried to short the "recommended" salary by $15K and was only willing to negotiate $5K at a time. After I found out they only needed to identify someone on paper to submit for the contract, which they didn't win, I dropped out and declined their offer.
