Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA) en jun 2018
Entrevista
Applied through a referral. Had a screening call with HR then was brought in for an interview. The HR rep was very unorganized and unresponsive. It was clear I wasn't any kind of priority to her and I really didn't like how dehumanized she made me feel. The call itself was very basic. She asked about my background and my experience in relation to the role. She told me some basics about the team and what they are looking for then passed along my resume to the team.
The in person interview was a little better and the team was very nice. The questions they were asking were clearly to see if it was a personality fit. The role itself though had no movement/growth (the previous coordinator transferred to another coord role on a different team which is a red flag) and the title seemed misleading to me as the role was pretty technical vs creative/sales.
