They start with a phone screening. I can't remember the exact question, but after answering the recruiter basically told me I was not ready for the role at the time. I appreciated her immediate feedback,
Very in-depth and but an overall excellent experience! HR was very clear with their communication. The interview team were prompt and pleasant. One of the best interview experiences to date!
