Dear Moz Interviewer,
I truly apologize for your poor interview experience. Our intention is to provide a positive experience for everyone that we reach out to whether we extend an offer or not. When we opened this position, we had some people transitions within our recruiting process but it was my lack of oversight to make sure everyone receives the proper follow up. We have created a strong process to ensure that we follow up with every applicant that we reach out to in a timely manner.
