Applied online and heard back within a few hours. Spoke with the executive recruiter who is very personable without being overbearing. This was followed by two video chats with senior people, which was then followed by 4 video chats with senior people ( 3 rounds in total). All along the way my recruiter checked in at the end of each round to gauge my interest and to stay on top of my other interviews. I got an offer which was pretty strong, negotiated for slightly more money and was very happy with the process.
