Recruiter Screening I applied for the AV Testing Engineer role at Motional online through Indeed. I was contacted by a recruiter who was responsive and provided a link to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Prior to the interview, I had to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement form. Technical Interview I had a conversation with the hiring manager, which was insightful and increased my interest in the role. Later, the recruiter informed me that Motional needed to pause their hiring process, but they expressed interest in my background.

20 minute Introduction call, followed by 40 minute hiring team screening, followed by 4 technical panel interviews between 30-45 minutes each on things such as testing methods , scripting in python, and troubleshooting
