First was a call with the director where they asked the typical questions about myself, my experience, certain types of projects I have worked on and how I deal with some roadblocks. After I had to complete a case study and submit it. Then I interviewed with the PM who would be my manager and we spoke about my experience, as well as the answers to my case study. Then I spoke with a member of the project team about my experience in certain situations and how I would go about process improvement and things like that. Then I had an interview with one of the directors and spoke more about my project experience. All of it was on Microsoft Teams through the video except for the first call.

Overall the interviews were mostly behavioral questions about how you would handle certain situations. Also, questions about what are good and bad things past managers would say about you. Had to do a case study on the spot about managing a specific project/business plan.
