The interview process took 1 month. I interview online via zoom.
The first stage is interview with Talent Acquisition Team, the process is professional but not too strict. They make it less nervous.
The second stage is assessment on HackerRank. The third stage is interview with Hiring Manager. They explain more about company and position applied.

Entrevista
The interview consists of 3 stages - application screening, technical assessment, and interview with the team you're joining.
HR response quickly after you submitted your application. It took them 2 days to respond to mine.
Response email includes the link to the assessment and you must take the assessment within 48 hours of the email.
Assessment consists of around 8 questions with a 50/50 split between multiple choice and written. Multiple choices were pretty straightforward if you're applying as an experienced hire and worked as a data engineer previously. Written questions were somewhat straightforward but requires some thinking and problem-solving skill. Written questions include solving problems using any programming language (2 questions), somewhat complex SQL queries (1 question), and PySpark (1 question).

Interview questions were mixed of technical and general queries like given a problem, how would you provide an end-to-end solution to this? Databases questions, and cloud technologies services and tools.
