GD-PI process is taken by the company HR based on short-listing process. Process is very standard and well taken care off The HR is accompanied by Sales Head or Brand Heads of different location offices . Sometimes process is also conducted on Video conferencing ( as happened with one of my collogues )

extremely weird interview have never experience something like this before . Organisation goes with the flow no vision no mission . Management has a very laid back approach .How you dress up and appear is important for them not your qualification or background. Bulk hiring was done .
