The interview process took a long time and was extremely intense. I feel that in the end this is exactly what creates the atmosphere and family that they have created. Modernizing medicine finds employees that are not only qualified for their individual job, but employees that mesh well with their team mates and the company as a whole.

Initial phone screening with talent acquisition, then a second interview with the manager I would work under. My final interview was to present a slide deck to a panel of managers and a sales trainer. The entire process took about a month. They have a lengthy and difficult hiring process for a reason and pride themselves on it.
