I have been contacted with a message on LinkedIn by Miro's recruiter, stating that they "have highlighted my profile as a great fit for them at Miro". So, we had a first call, which was a very nice conversation and at the end, the recruiter told me that I would have been contacted very soon (like a few days) by the hiring manager to continue with the process. But, the second call never happened, they just disappeared. After 4 weeks I sent them a new email, asking about the process, and highlighting my interests in the company and the role. Never answered. Sometimes I wonder why companies try so hard to position themselves as a great place to work, on LinkedIn or other websites, and then they turn out to be so unprofessional. Such a waste of time!
