we were interviewed as large groups and almost everyone was hired on the spot. Those who brought resumes were essentially laughed at for doing so. some lifeguards were hired without an ability to swim, which I found interesting...

There was none, they will hire anyone. Knowing how to swim isn’t a requirement. They make you pick up a brick from the bottom of the pool, if you can great…if not no worries

I called to make an appointment and they were very flexible with times and they really wanted me to come interview because they needed lifeguards. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was rude but the actual interview lady was nice. Relaxed environment during interview
