I got contacted by the recruiter by phone. The interview was all behavioural questions and about the past projects listed on my resume. I come from a more software background, so they did ask how my skills translate to system validation work, and if I'm working on any side projects related to more hardware/firmware level. The lead interviewer was incredibly friendly and kind, and even sent me a follow-up email to give me the opportunity to ask more questions.
