I applied online when I met with one of the representatives at my universities job search. Once I applied, it took about a week for me to recieve an email from them about scheduling a test event. Once the test was finished, it was about another week before they scheduled an in-person interview with me. The interview went by pretty quick. The phone interview was a little longer than the actual in-person interview for me. The questions were pretty simple to answer but with not having too much experience in that department, we didn't continue with the position process.

After you park you walk across the street into a huge building with a waterfall in the lobby where you check in. After that you're directed to the suite and you enter a room where several other candidates sit around the table and everyone is interviewed twice. You interview with someone from the HR department and he gives you an overview on benefits. You also interview with 1 out of the 3 remaining tables in the same room where two people are sitting. One is from members services for the members services coordinator position and the other is for the claims examiner position. They interview you together and wrote things down that you say. After they ask if you have any questions for them and then they say to give them two weeks to hear back from them.
