Received an email inviting me to a screening phone call with HR 5 days after applying online. The interview went well and was notified that I would receive communication within 1-2 weeks for the next interview. Two weeks passed and basically, I have been ghosted despite my attempt at obtaining any updates. It's a shame that such a large company does not even have the decency to communicate with the candidates during the process.
